MamakPrint.com Refund & Return Policy

At mamakprint.com, we take pride in producing high-quality custom prints. Since all our products are custom made,  we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

 

Refunds & Reprints Only Are Eligible If:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The print quality is wrong or misaligned due to our production error

• You received the wrong item or wrong quantity

Proof Required: Please email clear photos of the item and packaging to [your email] within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Refunds Are Not Eligible If:

• You made a mistake in your order (wrong design, size, quantity, etc.)

• You changed your mind after confirming the order

• Colors look slightly different due to monitor/device differences

• Minor misalignments or trimming differences within acceptable tolerance (±2mm)

• No longer needed the product due to delay in logistics or other external reasons.

 

Timeline for Reporting

Please report any issues within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or reprint.

 

How to Request a Refund or Reprint:

1. Email us at [hello@mamakprint.com] with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

2. We’ll review your request within 2–3 working days

3. If approved, we will issue a reprint or refund based on the case

 

Return Shipping (if applicable)

In most cases, we do not require the item to be returned. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions and cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
